Nattsol is made by Frekvens AS in Norway. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.
The app
Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), together with these terms.
Free to use
Nattsol is free to download. During the launch period every feature is open, and logging will always stay free.
Not medical advice
Nattsol shows typical sleep ranges for your baby’s age and her own rhythm. It is a planning aid, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always follow your baby’s cues and safe sleep advice, and ask your health visitor or doctor when you are unsure.
Sounds
Place the phone or speaker away from your baby’s bed, never inside it, and use the lowest volume that works.
Your data
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
We work to keep Nattsol reliable, but we cannot promise that it is always free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Frekvens AS is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app or this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update the app and these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Norwegian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
